All offers made by Deetya Jewels are non-binding and may be withdrawn or modified at any time, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Deetya Jewels. Any modifications or additions made by Deetya Jewels in writing shall constitute a new offer, thereby nullifying any previous terms or quotations.
If a Customer proposes changes to an existing offer, such modifications will be treated as a new offer by the Customer. Deetya Jewels reserves the sole right to accept or reject such proposals at its discretion. An offer shall be deemed accepted by Deetya Jewels only upon written confirmation.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any samples, illustrations, colour references, drawings, dimensions, weights, or other product specifications provided by Deetya Jewels are approximations. While Deetya Jewels makes every effort to ensure their accuracy, minor deviations—particularly in shade, finish, or texture—are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.
Product configurations, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Deetya Jewels reserves the right to revise pricing, brochures, catalogues, quotations, and other sales materials at its sole discretion.
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, or statutory charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Customer is responsible for paying all such charges related to the order, except for taxes levied on the income of Deetya Jewel’s parent company. If there is any change in tax law that makes a previously recoverable tax unrecoverable, thereby increasing the cost of supplying the Products, ABC reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly, including with retroactive effect.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless specified otherwise in writing by Deetya Jewels.
Each agreement for the sale or delivery of Products will be considered a separate and independent agreement.
