Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Please note that each piece is unique, and slight variations in design or colour from the images on our website may occur.
While we hope you’re delighted with your purchase, we understand there may be instances where you need to return, exchange, or request a refund. Below is a detailed outline of the conditions and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged in transit: If your product arrives damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong product.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item should be unworn.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- The barcode/tag attached to the product should remain intact.
- The item should be returned in the same condition as you received it.
How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange
- Notify Us:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Please fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form to submit your request.
- Approval Process:
- Once we receive your request, our Quality Control team will assess the condition of the product to determine if it meets the criteria for a return or exchange.
- If your request is approved, we’ll proceed to the next steps.
- Reverse Pick-up:
- Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the returned product.
- For exchanges due to size issues (e.g., rings, bangles), an additional Rs. 99 will be charged to cover the shipping costs (pickup and delivery).
- Dispatch of Replacement or Store Credit:
- Once the returned product is received and passed our quality check, we will send a replacement item (if available).
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the full amount of your purchase.
- Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Refunds via Store Credit
If the product is no longer in stock or we are unable to exchange the item, we will issue a Store Credit for the total amount paid. This credit can be used on any future purchase within 3 months from issuance.
Exclusions: When Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted
Please note the following conditions do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Damaged during shipping: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, nor for any lost packages.
- Refused package: If the package was refused by the recipient.
- Used or damaged condition: Products that are returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition.
- Size issues: Returns due to size-related concerns (please refer to our size guides before placing your order).
- Incorrect delivery address: If the provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- No defects: If the product is not defective or damaged in any way.
- Minor design and colour variations: Small differences in colour or design are natural, as each product is handcrafted and unique.
- Failed delivery attempts: If the courier service makes more than 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Missing or damaged barcode/tag: If the product is returned without the barcode or if the barcode is damaged.
Important Notes:
- We are not liable for any issues arising from damaged packages or lost shipments that were not reported within the 48-hour notification period.
- Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags, to process your request.
